The movies have lived it: after a hot affair, the cigarettes are lasciviously lit. Between blanket and pillows, smoke circles pile up and the lady and gentleman relax in the smoke of cigarettes. What Hollywood likes to label as romance and passion is an absolute no-no in the real world and it also negatively affects fertility.
Smoking is bad for your health! It also damages fertility and increases the risk of miscarriage. At the latest with a child desire, one should ban the fag into the other world. Also passive smoke is to be avoided best. Nothing is cool or casual about cigarettes. Quite the opposite: The toxins in active and passive cigarette smoke can lead to the formation of various cancers, heart and lung problems, and other diseases.
Smoking can also cause fertility problems. According to some studies on this subject, it is clear that from 10 cigarettes a day, the ability to conceive is significantly impaired. This does not mean that smoking fewer cigarettes a day would not lead to reduced fertility. What is certain is that smoking 10 or more cigarettes a day significantly increases the risk of developing problems. It has also been shown that for each cigarette smoked per day, it takes longer for the couple to become pregnant. For example, a woman who smokes four cigarettes a day needs on average more time to get pregnant than a woman who smokes two cigarettes a day. It is also important for men to stay away from tobacco smoke from now on, because sperm and semen quality are negatively influenced by it.
